The 2024 Green Christmas Lecture on Land consolidation 2.0 that we organized together with the Land Registry was a great success. It seems that the tide is turning and that the instrument of legal reallocation is again seen as an instrument that is indispensable for the quality of our green space (and we mean that in the broadest sense of the word from economic to ecological aspects). The great thing was that both agriculture and nature conservation came up with proposals for pilots due to shared interests. In any case, that is a good prospect for 2024.
But the work continues and we have to focus on 2024, in which we have to produce a new batch of Brickz for the Royal Ginkel Group in January, a meeting on biodiversity in greenhouse horticulture that we have to organize for Stichting Glastuinbouw Nederland and the book about the national parks and health need to conclude that we are writing for the National Parks Office.
Under the Christmas tree and while racletting with our loved ones, we look back on a beautiful 2023 and look forward to an exciting 2024 and wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy 2024.
