Triple E

Not only was the Green Christmas lecture on land consolidation a great success, but we now also see that the seed has actually been planted at various locations in the country to get started with this. So who knows, we may soon have the first test plots. For more information about why we are such proponents of land consolidation, watch the video below.

In the meantime, we have been busy producing Brickz and Tompost for, among others, the Koninklijke Ginkelgroep. The fascinating thing about a physical production process is that you realize that the text of this newsletter can be generated based on Artificial Intelligence, but that certainly does not apply to the production of the Brickz. Despite the use of machines, this is still a craft activity that really needs to be supervised by people and requires expert attention.

This does not alter the fact that we once had our partner Nine Pixels make a few AI impressions of fungi and that was certainly not disappointing. The photo at the top of this newsletter was already an example and below is another example of an AI and a mushroom.

But what can also never be replaced by AI is the hard work that underlies the books we write and the research that must be carried out for them. We now have two in the pipeline: one about the health benefits of our national parks and the other about dredged material as a raw material and soil improver. That’s just hard work under the green light and it looks like this:

No, all that writing is not AI, that’s just hard work based on inspiration. Fortunately, we are guided in the assignments by inspiring clients (the National Parks Partnership and Zeeland University of Applied Sciences) and we always have fun interviews with inspiring experts about this. In that respect, AI in our work mainly stands for Artistical Inspiration. Because everything we do within Triple E is more of an art than a trick.
